Pros

Flex time and freedom to work from home. The salary is slightly ahead of the industry package and the bonus is consistently 15%. The salary package makes it very difficult to leave. The company matches up to 6% in stocks and the medical and dental coverages is up to 90%. The contractual work week is 37.5 and over the entire year, that number is fairly accurate. Over the company, it is fairly accurate as well.

Kontras

There are jobs posted on the company intranet for internal movement but candidates are already flagged for these positions so the jobs aren't really open. Management seems disconnected and uninterested in viewing people as resources. Training courses outside the city are frowned upon. HR keeps insisting that there is a training budget of 1500 per person but managers and VP do not seem eager to spend what is allocated per employee. They prefer you sign up for one of the in house online offerings.

Pros

Opportunities to work on enterprise-scale systems with modern tooling and automation initiatives. Excellent collaboration between infrastructure and incident management teams; vendor coordination is efficient. Competitive compensation and benefits package, including solid health coverage and retirement matching.

Kontras

Workload spikes during major incidents can challenge work-life balance, especially when on-call.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Kontras

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
