Longevity of employees--many over 20 years. Employees are comfortable and has become more of a family atmosphere. Over-all good people and a fun place to work. And great people in accounting that make sure everything is paid on-time. No micro-managing unless you are working directly with the CEO. Excellent production company.

Design is secondary. A bit stuck in the past with regards to design and not so open to new approaches. Management is very set in their ways.
