Disorganized, bad communication, underpaid and overworked. The CEO is unappreciative, he will walk past employees without acknowledging them. Most of the upper management are disconnected from their employees. Too much office gossip, everyone is always talking bad about each other rather than encouraging. People spend more time complaining in the HR office than at their desk. The slackers get rewarded and the hard workers get overlooked. This work place is flat out unethical.
