Pros
Reasonable pay and package but inequality is rife. Woman paid less than men and despite generous bonus package it is always used as a weapon by business owners.
Kontras
Everything else. Disgusting attitudes towards staff. A culture of fear throughout the business. Rewards are occasionally given but staff made to feel ungrateful if they do not thank the business owners multiple times. If you are female, ethnic minority, and have a conscience this is NOT the place you want to work.
