The work load varies with the construction industry.

The flexibility of hours, the camaraderie of the staff were great. RADCO is a small company, so it often feels more like a family than a business in some respects. Many people have worked there for decades of their careers.

Lack of strategic vision and focus on the future for employees and staff. The company placed heavy pay cuts on the staff for a few years during the recession, and did not communicate clearly when they would return them to the staff. Many of us struggled financially to pay bills, and keep up with the very expensive, insurance premiums of the company plan.
