Great benefits, fully invested in 401k, ability to work remotely, generous PTO. The employees here are extremely helpful and eager to help in all areas. During the pandemic they were constantly hiring and extremely thoughtful to all employees encouraging them to be safe while practicing social distancing. The CEO is hands on and is always available to assist and is very welcoming to his staff addressing concerns and helpful with finding solutions.

With any new company there are learning curves and leadership hiccups but I believe they will work themselves out as the company continues to grow instituting best practices.
