Not much room for growth within the department unless you go into a different sector of the business, but most now need a qualification. As a whole, with RAC, when recruiting for other sectors other than contact centre; it seems the company does prioritize people with qualifications and degrees for some roles, rather than going for the employees with experience working within the business.
