Warm & welcoming employees - cannot overstate how nice everyone throughout the business has been in person & in e-communications. I found a wealth of support available among colleagues throughout the business and that there is a cooperative led philosophy towards bringing marketing campaigns to life - this lives up to one of the core values of the company they highlight being "Handle It Together." Great work/life balance - There has never been a demand to work beyond core hours and with hybrid working options available, I myself do 2 days in the office, I find I'm not losing most of my evenings sat in traffic! While I also enjoy the interpersonal interactions from my days in the office which I have sorely missed in previous fully remote roles. Amazing opportunities within the work itself - I have witnessed many colleagues take on new roles outside their original core skillset through open opportunity to learn & pursue new avenues available to them. Whereas I myself have found great progression within my core skillset of biddable advertising, given I joined the company two years ago as a junior exec and now have progressed to a higher role within the team with a much broader and deeper skillset. Amazing opportunities outside of work - There are excellent social events to take part in throughout the year as well as open opportunity to organise charity events with fellow colleagues. I myself have taken part in a Three Peaks Challenge with many colleagues which was equally as rewarding as it was challenging.
