Training is poor, leadership is weak. Promise of OTE is made up. Lost face on the breakdown product as we get some many members calling up to complain. Only lasted 9 months as I couldn’t take it any more . Tried to stick it out as it was walking distance to my house. Think twice before working in the sales teams
