Information is shared clearly, and it’s generally easy to understand priorities and how different pieces of work fit together. There is also a supportive culture, including from senior leaders within the team. People are approachable, and it’s usually straightforward to ask questions or get guidance when needed. Teams tend to be aligned around common goals, and there is an effort to recognise the contribution of different roles. Successes are shared, which helps maintain a sense of cohesion.

The main challenges relate to the pace and workload. The environment can be fast‑moving, and during busier periods it can require longer hours, which may be demanding at times. There are also high expectations, which can sometimes create additional pressure, depending on workload and deadlines.
