      Pros

      Fast paced environment, learn something new everyday, always on your toes. If you're wiling to work hard and grind, you'll be rewarded. Not for the 9-5 time punchers.

      the weekends dury peak season can be brutal, but like most companies it's all about benefits outweighing the negatives. The on call stuff isn't all that appealing, but it's part of the job. Would be nice to have more operational training available (it's virtually non existent, and the training that is provided is poor at best).
