Pros

No pros for the company, almost everything listed as pros is a sham!

Pathetic place to work at. They say company is growing but don't tell the stock are bound to grow as it got listed last year. No actual growth for any one in the organization. No compensatory growth, no opportunities to grow within the system and no personal growth. You are not learning anything NEW! you will probably end up learning how to deal with people who are looking to chuck you out and how to get PIP and CAP. The onshore management talks big about theor plans and want people to follow. They keep forgetting India leadership is PATHETIC to the core and HR in the organization exists only to ensure that are the crazy decisions are protected. The leaders are only interested in ensuring the false information is given to the employees and no one should be able to question it for which they have a separate department in the organization (employee relations). Performance appraisal is a sham! There are no KRAs for the employees and everyone is asked to copy paste the information given to them towards the end of the year. In the name of Performance Management, the HR team is not supportive and will always have their foot on the pedal to issue a PIP/ CAP to the employees to Chuck them out. The environment in the organization is extremely hostile and no one is sure of their future. In my professional opinion I will NEVER recommend anyone to join this organization. Not just the organization, the people are very toxic. Please research on the people you are going to join, especially the leadership. Believe you me not a place build your career.

There are never any consequences for Management's harassment's and their favortism. Why would there be? Because R1 RCM promotes employees who are yes men. Most of the newer managers, had no leadership work history. If fact it almost seems like it's what they perfer to put in that role. They striped every bonus away from regular positions. Only manager's get it now. Nothing is worked correctly, I gave several examples to everyone showing these accounts were not being worked correctly.
