The actual office space is not the most modern, but that the worst i could come up with!

Reasonable hours and benefits. I like the environment and culture. As far as sales are concerned this is an inside sales position with really reasonable expectations. There are some good opportunities here as they post positions available inside for current employees as well as outside for new employees. The management seems really interested in our opinions and ideas.

Communication is a struggle of most companies and there is no exception here, not that every attempt isn't made. Effort does not always end with the desired result but it does make a difference and it appears that there are the best of intentions here.
