Pros

Full time employment available with opportunities to pick up shifts . Health insurance available. They will hire new staff with no experience so it’s a good place to start a career in group home work .

Kontras

There is a gap in communication between management and staff . Different employees are held to different standards . There is favoritism . Management is mostly young and lacks experience and education. There is a lot of gossip and high school like behavior. Management won’t get everyone’s side of the story before running to HR. There is not enough hands on training with new staff , mostly paper and video training. Some staff are lazy and talk / socialize instead of getting work done . Other staff who work hard and contribute are not noticed or appreciated. A lot of staff don’t wear masks , and it’s not enforced.

Pros

The only thing good about the company is there clients everything else is horrible

Kontras

You will get harrased , belittled, cussed at, they can put there hands on you (upper management CEO'S of the company) they will lie, do fraud and fire you if you say something
