Work is fine, that is usually never the problem. Upper management does not care about the people at the bottom who do the work. Layoffs after layoffs as the teams get smaller and everything goes overseas. They will let go of anyone, even those 30+ years with the company and screw you on payouts that you earned with little to no communication at the end. No growth opportunities, they want the new and AI driven stuff to come first.. unfortunately they are about 10 years too late on this endeavor with Iridio.
