if you arent in the top management, you are always in the disposal list when management makes the wrong decision. 90% of the promotion only occurs in the same league, self hard working contributor who dont hang out with them will nv gets a chance. increment are pathetic for for lower rank troopers. long working hrs , not appreciated.
