Also, you'll get to work with truly innovative people that if you are lucky, you will touch base with down the road on bigger and better projects.

If you want to have no personal life than work for R/GA. The hours are crazy, they expect you to commit every fiber of your being, personal life be damned. A lot of people get burned out and there is a sense of smugness in some of the people there. If you didn't go to the right school or aren't into the latest, micro-trend you might get looked down on.
