Great group of people, good work life balance, high quality work, and good company culture.

Not much to mention. Some departments are busier than others, but that comes and goes with projects coming in and projects being completed.

Overall the work culture here has been terrific. Everybody around seems willing to learn or willing to teach.

Like a lot of places, there are a few hotheads in the office who make the work environment feel a bit hostile. There is a senior engineer who has a habit of bad mouthing employees behind their backs. Word gets around and that behavior feels unprofessional. The pay isn't bad, but there's a number of licensed engineers should be getting paid more than what they currently are.
