Pros

I've been with QuotaPath for over 3 years and my role has evolved a lot. I've enjoyed that career development and being able to fill in gaps where needed. I've got to contribute to building the company and marketing function from the ground up, which is exciting, to say the least! Now we're growing and scaling and my role is becoming more specialized, meaning I get to hone my craft alongside a team of amazingly talented individuals. Plus a leadership team that I trust. There's no doubt that QuotaPath will be successful. Here are some highlights for me: -Collaborative and supportive team, cross-functionally and within departments -Positive culture - living out our core values -Fun environment - smart bunch but knows how to have some fun and not take ourselves too seriously -Knowing that I am taken care of - work/life balance, leadership responded quickly to COVID, unlimited PTO, support for mental health days if needed, equipment, etc. -Seriously awesome product -Competitive pay and equity opportunities

We're growing quite rapidly! And with that comes growing pains. The marketing team, for example, is evolving into new roles and we're trying to work together to figure out our swim lanes. It's not in a way that feels disruptive, just a natural part of growth.

Pros

Experienced, professional teammates in every role. Great people to be around. Every level of management takes transparency, culture and growth seriously. Absolutely feel like my voice is heard on anything I want to weigh in on.

Pros

Warm, friendly company culture; very trusting; you get a lot of autonomy as an engineer to solve problems and improve the codebase. They also have a lot of commitment to improving processes and hearing everyone's thoughts on changes.

Kontras

More transparency on performance evaluation would be nice.
