I've been with QuotaPath for over 3 years and my role has evolved a lot. I've enjoyed that career development and being able to fill in gaps where needed. I've got to contribute to building the company and marketing function from the ground up, which is exciting, to say the least! Now we're growing and scaling and my role is becoming more specialized, meaning I get to hone my craft alongside a team of amazingly talented individuals. Plus a leadership team that I trust. There's no doubt that QuotaPath will be successful. We're growing quite rapidly! And with that comes growing pains. The marketing team, for example, is evolving into new roles and we're trying to work together to figure out our swim lanes. It's not in a way that feels disruptive, just a natural part of growth.
