- Was previously a good place to go and develop skillsets - Staff are super friendly for the most part - Everything good I could say would come with the caveat of "things used to be like this"

- Company morale at an all time low - Staff attrition is very high, there's very few people with tenure over 2 years. - Progression path out of SOC is borderline non existent as it stands - Company surveys sentiment was negative. Only for the COO to say they weren't aware, this is a recurring theme. This seems reflected across the boardroom level. - Pay across the board is poor - The staff that made this place a fun and enjoyable place to work have either left or suffer from the same low morale. - Customers have too much say in the services offered - Senior Management more concerned with recent acquisitions while core business suffers.

Pros

The strongest aspect of the company remains the colleagues you work alongside day-to-day. There are still talented, supportive people across the business who genuinely care about delivering good outcomes and helping one another. That said, the employee experience has noticeably declined in recent years. Following recurring rounds of redundancies and the departure of many experienced staff, much of the positive culture that once existed has been diminished. Benefits were previously a genuine differentiator, but a number of those have since been reduced or removed, making the overall package less competitive than it once was.

There is a persistent sense of uncertainty across the business due to repeated rounds of redundancies and ongoing restructuring.
