They will find solid reasons to pay you less than expected with Zero transparency about your own money. 6. No cabs. 7. This company is run by FAMILY of same mindset and idiotic values, not by employee centric management 8. Standard hike is 3% 9. List can be endless.

no pros to be very honest.

The company is full of dumbs. Their Salary isn't fair, no mobile phones allowed, no bags allowed, no coffee allowed. Lets not even get to the management, because it isn't there. Just a lala company!
