Quest is at the mercy of Clearlake Capital who have effectively stripped the business lean especially the Information Systems Management business unit. A lack of investment in traditional core products instead a gamble on the erwin DI suite. Subsequently the core products are deemed obsolete due to the competition and market expectations. The EMEA division has little clout over the strategic decisions made by HQ. The marketing lead generation is next to nothing due to a lack of investment in smart personnel. The BDR lead generation function is thinly split across all BU's and has no incentive to focus on ISM. Next to no diversity in certain countries in europe. Egotistical, narcissistic, sexist and (bordering) sociopathic behaviour from certain member(s) of the EMEA SLT... AVOID!
