The organization is top-heavy. They complain about the sales teams not generating enough revenue so they limit spending for teams, but it's ok to throw money at salaries for new leadership hired in the past 6 months. The new leadership does not value employees -- only what they can squeeze out of them. They specifically and certainly do not care about you or the contributions you've made when the let you go. "Here's a standard package, you should be grateful, bye!"
Seriously, think twice before working at Quest.
