Not many pros to be considered.

Started in July 2022 Company is run by a “CEO” with very little market experience. When first joining the company was promised with good work/life balance, which realistically meant the CEO would reach out on weekends and Sundays. From the third month salary payments were late for weeks at a time. Followed by promises of compensation to make up for the delays which was never received. When joining the company they also promised to provide me with all the software required to perform the role, 8 months later they only covered 1 payment out of 8 for the mentioned software. Quarterly bonuses promised and never received due to the company underperforming as they have no idea what they are doing. Witnessed them perform an “internal investigation” into employees who resigned, which was a stall tactic cause they couldn’t pay the employees what they were due. Promised salary increase in January 2023 and never received. Months later and more late payments, and they ask you to be a team player and have faith in them, which ended in me resigning in Feb 2023. Now March 14th 2023, still no payments received, as an “internal investigation” is being conducted. Which is replicating their actions with previous employees. Quite frankly not a company I recommend at all, unless you are desperate or not too interested in getting paid. Likely to go out of business in the near future.

Exigen disponibilidad y carga laboral de tiempo completo, pero la clasificación y compensación no corresponden. No hay claridad en roles ni responsabilidades; falta apoyo real al equipo. El liderazgo no logra definir ni comunicar una estrategia de negocio coherente, lo que deja al equipo sin rumbo. Los proyectos rara vez se terminan, generando frustración y desperdicio de esfuerzo. Alta rotación de personal debido a la falta de claridad, la comunicación inconsistente y el micromanagement. Te contactan fuera de horario laboral y en fines de semana, sin respeto a la vida personal. El exceso de trabajo no viene acompañado de beneficios ni estabilidad. Problemas con pagos y liquidaciones al terminar contratos.
