- The complete lack of transparency and respect for employees - They tell you one thing, but in reality they think and do something else - You can be fired before your probation period ends and without a good reason (just like I did, I'll leave more details below) - The lack of interest from superiors towards their employees (they often seemed bothered when I went to them to ask them how they work, what tasks I have to do, if it's okay how I do it, etc. They expected you to learn/figure it out on your own, that's not how things work.)
