1. No job security at all. You're basically a contractor to one of their clients and the soon as the client cut the contract you're out of job. 2. Its and Indian based company meaning you will never get any form of stock or any sort stuff like that. 3. The healthcare insurance is very bad you have to pay a lot of out of pocket money for it. 5. There is no leadership or support. 6. Do think you can grow within the company, I have met with many people who are just doing the same thing for 15+ years with the same salary.
