The company doesn't make much of an effort to find employees new positions when projects end. They have few compunctions about just letting people go instead. They laid off a well-performing pregnant woman two weeks before her due date because her project was over. They claim that in the future they want to become an "employer of choice," but for now they look more like the naked face of greed.

As an employer of choice, we do our best in providing timely notice of project ramp downs to ensure our employees are able to plan for their next project. Based on employee skill set and willingness to relocate, most of our employees have been able to rotate from project to project which has helped to develop their skills and knowledge, to have a long term career with Qualitest.
