Incentives used to be good but need to be revisited now. Also a big big gap between juniors and seniors in the company. A lot of politics is happening there now a days in terms of appraisal. Performance appraisal vary across teams. It doesn't matter how good your perform, your appraisal will be done based on your team which is not fair for a fresher coming out of college. Also people underperforming in good team may get better benefits as compared to good performers in a bad team.
