      location - san diego. apart from that, one is sponsored a visa. on top of that, work hours can be good if you can get into a good team

      hopeless managers. they are all technical people with little/no management skills. i hope Qualcomm trains these people in the future

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
