Terrible HR and Managers, Company wasting cash on non profit divisions with no direction - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Qualcomm: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company's mother ship is in San Diego, they have been buying a lot of startups, the problem is that they don't know how to handle them and pour hard earned cash into some of these non profit divisions which are basically allowed to treat a lot of hard working individuals anyway they want. Too many PHD's with no managerial experience that think they are god doing technician level work. Some are placed in management positions and they are really terrible at it, some cannot even understand English. HR is only a legal front for the managers, holding the sword.
