Unwanted processes Hire only from the growth perspective of the existing people - no major work per se Open door policy is only going to back fire - no point in complaining Siblings and cousins work it out very well - especially people from North India Though a company set up in Hyderabad, it is a place for north indians - I am not against them, but give preference to the others as well.
