Pros
1) Decent pay, as per industry standards 2) Good food, available almost all time 3) Ample time for freshers to ramp-up to have stable start in career. 4) Decent work-life balance for some teams.
Kontras
1) Majority of good people are leaving the company 2) Semi-annual appraisal cycle (a major pro of Qualcomm over others), changed to annual. 3) Team allocation of freshers is bogus. Looks like they simply do random-shuffle. 4) HR dept doesn't seem to be active at work. (I got relieving letter, after 1 month of leaving company causing lot of trouble in my new company)
