They'll periodically send you forms requiring you to electronically sign that you must comply, so they are covered. Employees are leaving the company at a much higher pace now as the stock in lower. The reason is dis-trust in the company's values and such deployment of those. Previously they stayed for the money, and they are voting now against the company with their legs. Employees resignation rate is significantly higher than the market average rate. Management further exhaust those who stayed behind with even worse unrealistic milestones and pressure to fulfill those. Very low volume of opportunities to move in the company.
