The team leaders, Abhijeet sir and Ayushi mam, are highly supportive, approachable, and understanding, creating a comfortable space to share ideas, ask questions, and keep improving. The office atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, maintaining a great balance between professionalism and a friendly work culture. Working in a startup environment has given me hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Overall, Qodeit has been an excellent place for personal and professional growth.

As with most startups, the fast-paced nature of the work can sometimes involve tight deadlines and changing priorities, which can feel challenging at times.
