Talented engineers, supportive peers, good benefits (from the old days, although these are being picked off one by one).

Before I go on, let me be clear that nothing bad happened to me, I wasn't dismissed, this isn't a revenge post, it's just the truth... This is a company the well and truly prioritises profit over people. They are entirely focused on M&A to increase the value of the business whilst doing almost nothing to solve the flaming inferno that is going on in the current business. Their Chief People Officer quite literally hates people, gets a thrill out of bullying and looking down on everyone and is on a mission to land grab as much responsibility as possible without having any clue on how to fix it. The CEO talks a big game but again, just expects everyone else to crack on and do it because he's said it, no follow up, no reason to do it, just 'because I said so'. I understand that business is business, and money is what makes the world go around, but this place is pure ego and arrogance at this point.

Pros

Great team!! The collaboration and support to ensure customer success is outstanding. The customer is always first culture rings loud from top down. The culture is fun, hard and smart working and family supportive. The future is so bright and opportunity immense.

Kontras

We’re growing very fast and several companies came together at once. Growing pains are both a great thing and a challenge. Backend processes will get addressed.

Pros

- The team here is collaborative and genuinely cares about each other. Management is approachable and encourages open communication. - With the recent acquisitions and all of the integrations necessary to merge resources and priorities -- they are open to all feedback and take it seriously. I feel like it's a team effort. - I am a relatively new hire, and I truly believe there is no ceiling to the impact one person can make to the success of the organization. I believe each persons experience is valued and it is recognized.
