Pros

The interview process was very easy and fast. I did the assessment online and got an email asking me to set up a time to be interviewed over the phone. I was offered the job at the end of it. She asked super simple questions. Like how would I handle a difficult customer, what do I do if my internet suddenly stops working and explaining my background.

Kontras

Using my own eqmt -computer can’t be older than 3 years old , must meet specs. You also need a monitor, headset, wired keyboard and mouse.
