Senior leadership lacks vision. Many senior leaders are clearly out of their depth. Salaries are low compared with other companies. Excellent work is rarely rewarded with promotion; to move up, someone above you basically needs to leave or die. Since the acquisition of HSNi, work-life balance is a thing of the past.
