      Location, Friendly Co-Workers, There isn't much else I can list as a Pro for this company.

      Management believed they were ahead of the curve when in reality the technology of the company was very much the opposite. Many people came and went in the IT department because the company often used an excuse of not wanting to spend money. Much of their antiquated practices are holding this company back.

      Pros

      Hybrid work available, free lunch and 1 hour lunch.

      Kontras

      They have bad clientele as most customers cannot pay and others refuse to pay. If your not the top 3 to 5 collectors out of the 12-14 collectors on the team you are doomed to fail. Also, there is a lot of favoritism within the company which is very unethical.
