Pros

Quite informal - no structure, if you like that.

Kontras

No structure to anything. Directors are self serving, and dishonest. Blatant bullying at times, and people have walked out , or been pushed out for not fitting in. Impossible workloads constantly added to staff that are not trained or skilled in their roles - roles change on a whim by management, often without notification to the staff member.

Pros

A couple of decent people working there, Quite an odd bunch really - seem a bit out of touch with the world

Kontras

They don't seem to understand the world of software, and how staff are hired these days. Out of date ideas. Very arrogant upper management, that seems to laugh at the idea of HR. A lot of one-up manship, and refusal to take responsibility. Fairly Toxic

Pros

We all work as a team, and help and assist one another. We are a small company and our aim is customer satisfaction, with the products that we provide from implementation, training and ongoing support to all clients.

Kontras

Most of us are able, loyal, hardworking and long serving – valued, treated and rewarded well for delivering excellent customer service. Not everyone fits into that mold and they have to go – even if they then post pejorative comments.
