As you know, our model offers many benefits such as a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home. Our evolving compensation structure reflects our unique environment.
We’ve reached out to the team for feedback on several topics, including compensation. Their input shaped the evolution of our model. The overall goal is certainly not to cut wages but rather reward productivity, quality, and commitment. By equipping employees to meet and exceed their goals, success becomes more achievable and our team feels more empowered - something I think we all want to see.
In the last year, we’ve produced many new tools within our technology platform to further our team’s understanding of compensation; including the recent release of an overall earnings dashboard and an entirely new report. The tools calculate team members’ current earnings and potential earnings, including the Q-Points bonus.
I've been closely involved in the development of these real-time reports because I am personally committed to complete compensation transparency.
