Complicated compensation model with salary reductions. Q-points tier bonus model rewards employees who have higher volume and efficiency rates. Efficiency rates adjusted to a standard that 50% of employees fall below. The whole q-points bonus program is a smoke and mirrors show with one outcome- wage reduction. You are not fooling anyone and I predict many employees will resign in June when this new model begins. I am currently looking for alternative employment.

Our evolving compensation structure reflects our unique environment. We’ve reached out to the team for feedback on several topics, including compensation. Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
