Pros
literally nothing. pay was average compared to other jobs so that's not even a pro. can't think of anything else because my experience was so bad. everything i "enjoyed" about working here was comparable to the standards of an average job.
Kontras
everything. horrible manager. so unbelievably rude, insulted me many times instead of providing valid critiques that could help me improve. any critiques that COULD'VE been useful to my performance were given after it was too late. liked my coworkers a lot, so they aren't part of the cons. the environment here is uptight because most of the customers here are rich women who use their husband's money to afford the extremely overpriced services, so that makes sense. there's also blatant favoritism, anyone who has been at the salon longer than others benefits from it. other coworkers gossip about this and it's very evident. they just get treated much better and it's gross. yeah, this is the worst job and boss i ever had. i still have bad dreams about it and i had one last night so i had to write this as a form of catharsis.
