The salary is below market rate, and the company does not offer competitive compensation. The CEO is highly emotional and often struggles to make logical decisions, which leads to confusion and instability within the team. Leadership is disorganized, and there is a noticeable lack of clear direction. Most concerningly, wages have recently not been paid on time, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty for employees.
