Was an excellent place to work, a very supportive family friendly management team, plenty of opportunity to develop skills. Team culture was very good with few barriers between groups (sales, presales, services etc)

Probably not many options for career advancement within the organisation, though mainly due to the size of the company than anything else.

Great team of experienced people; focused on the customer, manage your own deadlines, flexible working.

Maintaining the culture that we have built will be challenging as we are growing and will need to find like minded individuals to join our team in the future
