Hybrid remote. Nice local. Clean office environment.

Owner just passes the buck. Completely unorganized. Human resources is awful. Management just doesn't care. Farms work to overseas call centers. Zero teambuilding...

Pros

Small company so there’s room to gain experience (to use elsewhere). Occasionally gift cards and pizza parties are given.

Kontras

Low pay (much lower than average amount for your position). They give raises but they are extremely small. Last i worked there they didn’t give any bonuses. Poor training. management never has an answer how to resolve something. Software full of glitches, leaving employees to fend for themselves. Benefits are too high of a deductible and are not affordable at all!
