Kontras
Low pay, deceptive bonus or no bonus, abysmal and stingy PTO. Changing jobs netted me nearly an additional $12k+ in pay with actual bonuses, raises, and generous PTO. They are a full e-commerce company but ONLY the pandemic forced them to be reasonable and allow for WFH (from what I hear from current employees). Also, they are clearly trying to boost the company's rating with 5-star reviews so they don't have to change anything about how they pay their employees. This job is a stepping stone only. They don't want to be known as the Walmart of airguns but judging by how they treat and pay their employees, the moniker is appropriate.
