Worst place to work for - CNC Machinist bei Pyramid Precision: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been at Pyramid for over 5 years and I have to say that it has been a great experience. The company continues to grow and add state of the art machinery. There is a lot of opportunity to advance and learn new things. It is clear that Pyramid values its employees and does many things to make sure they know this.

No air conditioning in shop however they have added many fans and provide cold bottled water and Gatorade!

If you enjoy scrapping parts this is the place.

I've been here too long. I'm so tired but because I have felonies and they don't drug test here I have no choice but to stay. I read all the reviews and I admit it too that the boss is really arrogant. People always come and say that we do everything the wrong way. People always say that this is the worst place to do machining because the boss thinks his way is the best. Most good machinist leave in less than 1 year. That is why there's 95% vietnamese here. The Vietnamese people here keep information to themselves and lots of programs do not have good information. The boss make the programmers make programs really lazy and make the machinist adjust all over for the plating. This is the worst idea ever! Program should already be made with plating in mind. This is why there is so much scrap! I read the review that said this is a great place but believe me that no machinist here would say that. I feel that the boss had someone write that review because you can tell they are trying to offset the bad reviews. But this isn't a bad review.......this is a HONEST review. Once you admit and accept the truth maybe you can begin to remedy the process. I hope so because I want to come to work and feel great about this place.
