Pyramid leadership continues to try and meet the uncertainty of the times and talent needs through reshaping the growth strategy and aligning people rewards/benefits that are attractive. No company is perfect and every company must evolve... this company seems to have the risk tolerance to do just that.

The virtual work environment has taken away what Pyramid leaned on most, which was its genuine and authentic approach to time together in the office. The company, as with all other companies, is trying to find ways to generate collaboration in a virtual world... it will take time and continued effort
