      Unlike the fake reviews I have no pros to mention about working here.

      100% Pure has some of the most shady practices I've ever witnessed working in retail. The people at HQ are incompetent and very unorganised. They've cycled through more people then I can count on my two hands! This is within a few months also. If the CEOs truly cared about their brand they wouldn't hire unqualified people and let their subordinates abuse their power and cause trouble. There are plenty of other cons but I could be here all day.

      Pros

      I've had a number of jobs in retail, and this is one of my better experiences. Staff members are professional but not overly formal. I enjoy the daily interactions with both customers and coworkers. Also, expectations are always clear, which helps me plan and stay organized.

      Meeting targets isn't optional in this line of work.

      - Expectations are reasonable and align with daily responsibilities - Always exciting to work on new product launches and promotional campaigns - Different marketing channels provide exposure to multiple types of campaigns - Feedback is useful and helps keep projects moving forward - No sudden changes in work schedules and timelines

      Limited staffing occasionally requires covering responsibilities outside normal assignments.
