The pay is pretty good, but I don't know if it's worth all the stress it comes with.

Management keeps giving developers unreasonable demands and ridiculous expectations to meet, and can’t take no for an answer! They don’t even know how much work we put in, but they think that our job is easy, which just undermines the effort we put in all the time! Every day I’m chasing tight deadlines, keeping up with heavy workloads, and staying in the office for long hours; there isn’t a single moment when I don’t feel stressed or exhausted!

The company presents itself as an AI coding agent for legacy systems, claiming to help clients manage and modernize .NET, Java, and C++ codebases.

- The work environment is unbearable, filled with fear and exhaustion. Employees are expected to be available around the clock, leaving no trace of work-life balance. - Anyone who dares to speak up or question unfair treatment is shown the door without hesitation. - Leadership rules through intimidation, teaching everyone to stay silent and compliant rather than address problems. - Team relationships are poisoned by blame and mistrust. People throw each other under the bus just to survive, and no one cares who gets destroyed in the process. - Appreciation is nonexistent. Going above and beyond is met with indifference, as if hard work means nothing.
