Unfair policy in Malaysia plant. Too much VP, upper management person, everyone lost the direction, no proper guiding on management style. Turnover SUPER high. Employee no chance to voice out for the better staff affair, as company need to afford too many expatriate, some of them stay in Malaysia more than 7 years, but still enjoy like a king / queen life in Malaysia. Bonus always is a dream for the employee, every year struggle on the peanut amount for the staff. Staff development been disregard all the time, management need to take care too many VP/upper management, no chance to take care other supporting staff.
